HAIR APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are recommended so that you can get in at a time that is best for you.

Appointments can be made over the phone at 253-589-8640 or you can request an appointment by filling out the information below.

We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can have a few moments to unwind and get comfortable. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete, unhurried service.

If you feel another staff member would better serve you, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are a team of professionals and we encourage you to try the work of all our specialists until you find the one that best fits you.

Prices are subject to change due to length of service and/or taxes.

We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

As a courtesy to our clients, all appointments are confirmed 24-hours prior to the scheduled service.

Full day parking is available in front of the salon.

We welcome “walk-in” guests and will do our best to accommodate last minute requests for services if scheduling allows.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

We kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for a service and 48 hours for multiple services or packages. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a 15% surcharge on the service that was cancelled. Our cancellation fee is designed to provide partial compensation for our wonderful stylists, who rely on us to manage their schedule and their career.
